The XC6SLX25-2FTG256C Xilinx Spartan-6® FPGA series provides industry-leading system integration for high-volume applications. The Spartan-6® FPGA series contains two domain optimization sub-series, LX (Logic Optimized), and LXT (High-Speed Serial Connectivity). The Spartan-6® LX FPGA is suitable for low cost and provides up to eight low-power 3.2Gb/s serial transceivers to improve system performance. The series supports up to 147K logic cell density, 4.8Mb of memory, integrated memory controller, DSP48A1 chip, and high-performance industry-standard integrated IP. The Spartan-6® LXT FPGA is suitable for serial connectivity and provides the industry's high reliability, low risk, low-cost solution
