The STM8S207R8T6 is referred to as a high-density device in the STM8S Microcontroller Family Reference Manual.

The STM8S207R8T6 eight-bit microcontroller offers up to 64KB of Flash program memory, the device has both an integrated real data EEPROM with up to 300k write/erase cycles and a high level of system integration with internal clock oscillator, watchdog and power-down reset , thus reducing the system cost.
